First, do a search for a specific item, or browse the site until you find what you’d like to purchase. Each product is equipped with details such as the brand and specifications about the product. Defects in the products, if any, are highlighted in the description and seen in the pictures so make sure to carefully check on the condition of the item.

Second, click “Add to Cart” and once you have all the items you’d like to purchase in your cart, proceed to checkout. Here you will be asked to securely enter your online payment information.

There’s no need for cash to exchange hands - the entire payment process is done securely online via credit card upon checkout.

No, they are non-negotiable. We are open to reassessing prices if you point out any discrepancy in pricing, but we do not negotiate

If you want to buy something but are more comfortable seeing it first, you may contact Nextmom to book an appointment to visit us. Our headquarters is located in Makati City, the address of which will be disclosed once your appointment has been confirmed. Please keep in mind, however, that items cannot be reserved so there is no guarantee that it will still be available.

Placing an available item in your shopping cart does not reserve that item. If you placed an item in your cart but it is no longer there when you’re checking out, the item has already been sold.

Yes, we can hold on to your order for you until such time as you are able to fetch it, however, kindly note that it will not be eligible for return.

We currently only accept baby gear from Metro Manila, where we personally pick them up from your residence. Kindly check back soon or sign up for our newsletter to be notified once we add more cities to the list.

All you have to do is click on “Sell” then “Add A Product” - you can then fill out the form with details and pictures of the product you intend to list. Nextmom will evaluate it and send you a rough estimate based on the details provided, the more specific details are, the more accurate the estimate will be. Once an item is approved, Nextmom will schedule a pick-up from your doorstep, verify the quality of the product, and if all is well - we then price, sanitize and take studio pictures of your item to post live for buyers to purchase, this process takes anywhere between 7-15 working days from the time of pick-up.

We only accept clean items free of stains, tears, stitches, rust, and odor, that are in perfect working condition, 220V for electric gadgets - all manufactured 2017 onwards - for items with any of the above flaws, the return fee will be shouldered by the seller.

Listing on Nextmom is completely free, Nextmom will only deduct its 20% commission from the selling price of your item after it is sold.

Nextmom decides on all prices. Rough estimates are sent prior to give you an idea as to what the listing price will be depending on the specifications and condition provided, which is why it is important to be as specific as possible to get a more accurate idea of the final price. After your item is picked up, the price decided by our team of merchandisers will be final.

A listing stays up on Nextmom for 30 days. If the item still hasn’t been sold once the listing expires, we will send you an email asking if you’d like to extend another 30 days. If you wish to retrieve your item at this point, Nextmom will cover the shipping fees. If you wish to list your item again, we may request to adjust the pricing of the item to increase the likelihood of it being sold.

Once your item is picked up by us, it is under Nextmom ownership and it is not possible to recall a product from then until the 30 day listing period is over.

You may inform us of the price you purchased it at, as well as your recommended selling price, however, the final pricing will be arrived at based on the current price, year, brand, category, and condition of the product. Interests of both the buyer and seller are kept in mind to make it a profitable transaction for all.

You will receive a notification once an item you have listed sells. We only release seller payments after the 48 hour return period is over. After that time, the payment is transferred into your provided account within 15 working days.

Nextmom has the choice to either return the item to the seller or relist it, in which case your item will be visible again until the 30 day period is completed, after which you can reclaim it if you choose to at no cost.

If the item is electronic and found to be defective, the item will automatically be sent back to the seller.

The product is packed and dispatched within 2 working days of receiving your order. Expect delivery within a maximum of 5 working days.

There are two options for all our buyers upon checkout - first is regular shipping which is computed on the website upon checkout, depending on the size of the item and area in Metro Manila, in which case Nextmom will handle getting the item to you. A second option is the Pick-up @ Nextmom option, wherein the buyer will arrange their own pick-up from our Nextmom headquarters in Makati.

The pick-up option offers you the convenience of placing your order online and picking it up as soon as today from Nextmom headquarters in Makati City. Once you’ve made your purchase choosing the Pick-up @ Nextmom shipping method, you will receive a confirmation email, after which a Nextmom representative will be in touch via SMS to arrange a time and date to collect your order, the address in Makati will be disclosed once your schedule has been confirmed.

We have a 24 hour return policy upon the delivery of your order, only permitting returns if the item is not as listed, in which case, you will receive a full refund within 15 working days. Brand new, sealed items are not permitted for returns and will need to be coordinated directly with the retailer.

We do a thorough quality check before putting items up on our site to guarantee the safety of each product, as well as list and post photos of all visible defects. Items are retested prior to dispatch. Once your item leaves our warehouse, it is no longer under our ownership, therefore any damages incurred after, will not be accepted as a return. We only accept returns if the item is not as listed, and if the product is in the same working condition as when it was dispatched from our warehouse.
