Nextmom accepts returns within 48 hours of the item being delivered. You have 48 hours after the item was delivered to make a claim by clicking on “Return to Nextmom” on the order page, in which case Nextmom will arrange for pick-up of the item.
If Nextmom determines that your item does not match the listing description, you will receive a full refund for the item including all shipping costs incurred. The item description will then be adjusted for accuracy and the item will be posted again until the initial 30 day selling period is over.
If Nextmom finds the description to be accurate but you changed your mind and no longer want the item, you will still have the possibility to cancel the sale for a refund, excluding all shipping costs incurred. Upon receipt of the item, the reimbursement will be made accordingly with the deduction of the shipping cost.
Once the item is dispatched from our warehouse, it is considered to be in your ownership, and Nextmom is no longer held liable for any damages that may incur. If the item you received or are returning is missing parts or was damaged during shipping, Nextmom will not issue a refund.
Once Nextmom receives the item back in its original state, Nextmom will issue the refund within 7 to 10 working days through the original payment method.
